Our corporate finance practice has experience in the private as well as the public debt sector.  We have represented borrowers as well as lenders, issuers as well as developers.  We have drafted and negotiated loan agreements, notes, trust indentures, bond purchase agreements, remarketing agreements, official statements and the corresponding collateral instruments, including pledge agreements, guarantees and security agreements. We also draft and negotiate inter-creditor agreements, subordination and stand-by agreements and contribution agreements.
